WeChat iOS version 8.0.12 official version update

WeChat iOS version 8.0.12 official version update

IT Home reported on August 23 that according to contributions from many IT Home netizens, WeChat iOS version ushered in the official version update 8.0.12 today.

The last update of WeChat iOS version was on August 19, which is only 4 days apart from this update. Like the previous version, this update is a minor one.

The official WeChat update log only shows that "some known issues have been resolved" . Whether there are other new contents remains to be studied. We also hope that IT Home friends will share new features in the comment section.

IT Home learned that in the first three versions, WeChat only "solved some problems."

However, in the official version 8.0.8, WeChat has brought some very practical new features, such as the ability to customize incoming ringtones and message alert tones, and when you receive a WeChat voice or video call request, it will be displayed in a pop-up window (previously it was full screen), support for following group members, and foldable pinned messages.
