BYTON's first concept car BYTON Concept released, priced from RMB 300,000

On the morning of January 8th, Beijing time, BYTON officially released its first mass-produced prototype BYTON Concept in Las Vegas, the United States. The new car is positioned as a mid-size SUV. During the press conference, BYTON detailed the core information of BYTON Concept, including design details, human-machine interaction, intelligent interconnection, and electric assembly. According to the plan, the mass-produced design of BYTON Concept will retain 85% of the concept car elements in the future, with a starting price of about RMB 300,000.

The product difference of BYTON Concept is mainly reflected in the field of intelligence, especially in its unique 1.25-meter large screen. But for the new forces in car manufacturing, it is no longer so easy to obtain production qualifications, of course, including BYTON. At present, BYTON has made two preparations. On the one hand, based on the close relationship with Jiangsu Province and its own capabilities, it continues to apply. On the other hand, it is considering OEM and purchasing qualifications.
