Windows 10 Build 9860 is here and can only be updated via Update

On Tuesday, Microsoft updated the technical preview version of Windows 10 to Build 9860. Due to the need to test whether the update distribution through the new Windows Update can work properly, Microsoft did not provide the ISO image file download for this version. Users can only update to this version through Windows Update. In response to a user's tweet, Gabriel Aul, director of Microsoft's Insider project, made a clear response: no ISO image will be provided.

In addition, Microsoft has added an option in Windows 10 Build 9860 that allows users to choose how often they receive the latest test versions. That is, users can choose between fast and slow settings. The former setting allows users to receive test versions faster, but these versions may have bugs; the latter setting allows users to receive test versions less frequently, but with slightly higher stability. Similar to the stable version and development version of MIUI, users can choose according to their own situation.

This latest technical preview of the Windows 10 operating system was available for download on Tuesday and is approximately 2GB to 2.7GB in size, depending on the user's personal computer system.
