In the past two years, the scale of AI computing power jointly built by Xpeng Motors and Alibaba Cloud has increased by more than 4 times. He Xiaopeng said that he will continue to deepen the AI ​​computing power cooperation with Alibaba Cloud and accelerate the end-to-end big model to expand the upper limit of autonomous driving and improve the lower limit.

End-to-end is the most popular autonomous driving solution in the industry, and it also follows the Scaling Law. Xpeng Motors can be the first to realize the mass production of end-to-end large models, which is inseparable from the early layout of computing power.

In order to improve the efficiency of intelligent driving large model training, Xiaopeng Motors joined hands with Alibaba Cloud to build China's largest autonomous driving intelligent computing center in Ulanqab as early as 2022, which increased the efficiency of autonomous driving model training by more than 600 times. In the past two years, due to the rapid development of large model technology, Alibaba Cloud has expanded the computing power reserve of this intelligent computing center by more than 4 times to 2.51Eflops, providing Xiaopeng Motors with a stable and efficient computing power base, supporting the rapid iteration of large models, and realizing intelligent driving "easy to use across the country".

In May this year, Xiaopeng Motors was the first in China to realize end-to-end autonomous driving mass production and quickly landed nationwide. The industry generally believes that the demand for computing power for end-to-end intelligent driving will further expand in the future, and an investment of hundreds of millions of yuan is only the entry ticket for intelligent driving computing power. In order to further maintain its first-mover advantage, Xiaopeng Motors announced that it will invest 3.5 billion yuan in research and development each year, of which 700 million yuan will be used for computing power training. It will also continue to deepen cooperation with Alibaba Cloud to accelerate the implementation of end-to-end large models.

As an "All in AI" automaker, Xpeng Motors has not only taken the lead in realizing end-to-end large-scale model mass production, but also deeply applied large-scale models to cockpit scenarios. Xpeng Motors has fully upgraded its in-car assistant based on its self-developed "global large language model" X-GPT and Tongyi Qianwen. Xpeng Motors has connected Tongyi Wanxiang in its official App. In R&D scenarios, the adoption rate of Tongyi Lingma's code review is as high as 50%.
