It is divided into postpartum breathing method; exercises for the superficial and deep muscles of the pelvic floor muscles; exercises for the upper and lower abdomen; spinal extension series (sitting, lying, standing); improving problems such as pelvic tilt, hunchback, physiological pain, shoulder and neck pain, lower back pain, pubic pain and tenosynovitis, and also includes psychological care after childbirth.
