The center of this year's fifth typhoon "DOKSURI" made landfall on the coast of Jinjiang City, Fujian Province around 9:55 am today (28th). When it landed, it weakened from a super typhoon to a strong typhoon. The maximum wind speed near the center was 15 (50 meters/second), and the lowest central pressure was 945 hPa.

At 10 o'clock, its center was located in Jinjiang, Fujian, that is, 24.7 degrees north latitude and 118.6 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind speed was 15 (50 meters/second) and the lowest central pressure was 945 hPa.

It is expected that "Dusurui" will move northwestward at a speed of about 25 kilometers per hour and its intensity will gradually weaken.

Strong wind forecast: from 14:00 on the 28th to 14:00 on the 29th, there will be winds of 5 to 7, with gusts of 8 to 9, in the Bashi Channel, the northeastern South China Sea, the sea east of Taiwan, the Taiwan Strait, most of the East China Sea, the southwestern Yellow Sea, Taiwan Island, eastern Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, eastern Jiangxi, eastern Anhui, and southeastern Shandong. Among them, the wind force in the Taiwan Strait and the southern coastal areas of Fujian can reach 8 to 11, with gusts of 12 to 13. The wind force in some sea areas or regions can reach 12 to 14, with gusts of 14 to 15.

Precipitation forecast: from 14:00 on the 28th to 14:00 on the 29th, there will be heavy to torrential rain in parts of Fujian, eastern Jiangxi, eastern and southern Zhejiang, Shanghai, central and southern Anhui, southern Hebei, most of Shandong, central and northern Henan, etc. Among them, there will be heavy rainstorms in parts of southern Anhui, northern Jiangxi, central and southern Zhejiang, most of Fujian, etc., and there will be local torrential rains (250 to 280 mm) in southeastern Fujian and other places.
