China Association of Automobile Manufacturers: From January to October 2021, the added value of automobile manufacturing industry showed a slight year-on-year growth

According to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics compiled by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in October 2021 , the industrial added value of the automobile manufacturing industry decreased by 7.9% year -on-year, a decrease of 0.3 percentage points from the previous month.

From January to October 2021 , the added value of the automobile manufacturing industry increased by 7.3% year -on-year, and the growth rate continued to slow down, 3.6 percentage points lower than the growth rate of industrial added value of industrial enterprises above designated size in the same period. Since August , the cumulative growth rate has been lower than that of industrial enterprises above designated size in the same period for three consecutive months.
