Three cargo ships carrying Tesla Model 3s are heading to China

According to Bloomberg, at least three cargo ships loaded with Model 3 will arrive at Chinese ports by the end of this month and are expected to be delivered to the first batch of Chinese car owners who ordered Model 3. Tesla is busy shipping newly produced Model 3 from the Port of San Francisco to the Chinese market, targeting Chinese car owners who are looking for more economical electric models. One of the ships, the Glovis Symphony, arrived at the Port of Tianjin, China earlier this week, and the other two ships are expected to arrive at Chinese ports on the 19th and 24th of this month, respectively. In addition, Tesla's Shanghai plant is scheduled to start production in the second half of this year, mainly producing the Model 3 and the planned Model Y for sale in Greater China.
