Why can sausage cucumber operate touch screen?

Taking sausage as an example, its outer membrane and the meat or flour inside can also form a capacitor. When you hold it in your hand, the bioelectric field on your hand is also loaded on it, thereby forming a coupling capacitor. In fact, not only cucumbers and sausages, but most fruits and meat products can control the screen of a smartphone or tablet based on this principle.
