LG's four new smartphones all run Android Lollipop

LG announced yesterday that it will launch four mid-range smartphones , all pre-installed with Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, which will be exhibited at this year's Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona. LG's four new products offer a balance of style and performance. LG's four products are LG Magna, Spirit, Leon and Joy, all of which are available in 3G and 4G versions with metal back covers.

The LG Magna has a 5-inch 720p display, an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The LG Magna is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 8GB of storage and 1GB of RAM, which is enough for most common tasks and light gaming.

The hardware configurations of other models are roughly the same, but the screen sizes are different. LG Spirit uses a 4.7-inch display, while LG Leon uses a 4.5-inch display, and LG Joy uses a 4-inch display.

The series of smartphones have built-in LG gesture features, such as gesture-activated selfies, quick views, display time, recent messages, missed calls, etc. LG said it will start launching these models in select markets around the world this week, and the retail price is not yet known.
