Qualcomm Financial Report: Qualcomm's revenue in Q4 of fiscal year 2024 was US$10.244 billion, a year-on-year increase of 19%

Qualcomm released its fourth quarter and full-year financial report for fiscal year 2024 ending September 29, 2024. All indicators increased significantly and exceeded expectations. In the quarter, Qualcomm's adjusted revenue was US$10.244 billion, a year-on-year increase of 19%, net profit was US$2.920 billion, and earnings per share were US$2.59, both up 96% year-on-year.

Among them, QCT's revenue from chip business for mobile phones, automobiles, etc. was US$8.678 billion, a year-on-year increase of 18%; QTL's technology licensing business had revenue of US$1.521 billion, a year-on-year increase of 21%.

It is particularly worth mentioning that Chinese customers contributed more than 46% of Qualcomm's revenue in the quarter, making them the main force among the main forces.

The Snapdragon 888 was a name specially customized for Chinese customers.

For the full year, Qualcomm's total revenue reached US$38.962 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9%, and its net profit was US$10.142 billion, with earnings per share of US$8.97, both up 40% year-on-year.

Among them, QCT's revenue was US$33.196 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9%; QTL's revenue was US$5.572 billion, a year-on-year increase of 5%.

Qualcomm expects first-quarter revenue of $10.5 billion to $11.3 billion and diluted earnings per share of $2.85 to $3.05 in fiscal 2025, also exceeding analysts' expectations.
