It is reported in the market that it has an overheating problem, which has caused the customer's product to be delayed in listing.

The X20 integrates two A72 and eight A53 cores , divided into three clusters. It is the first mobile chip in history with such a wild design. It is also in line with MediaTek's consistent multi-core strategy. The performance is indeed good. The GeekBench single-thread score exceeds 2000, and the multi-thread score exceeds 7000 to set a record.

MediaTek said that X20 has entered mass production, with more than 10 related products.

After being dragged down by manufacturers in its previous attempts to enter the high-end market, MediaTek is determined to push the X20 up, with the target price of the device reaching 3,000-4,000 yuan.

It doesn't seem surprising that so many cores are crowded together and overheating. What's more worth mentioning is that it is manufactured using TSMC's 20nm HPM process - the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 that killed a lot of people last year used this process!
