According to recent news, the China Passenger Car Association released the automobile retail sales list for February.

Data shows that the retail sales volume of the domestic narrow passenger car market reached 1.382 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 25.6%, but a month-on-month decrease of 26.4%.

Cumulative sales in January and February were 3.176 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 1.1%.

Among them, BYD still ranked first in manufacturer wholesale sales in February, with sales of 318,223 units, a year-on-year increase of 161.4%, far ahead of the second place.

In addition to the manufacturer's wholesale sales in February, BYD also ranked first in manufacturer's retail sales in February and first in new energy manufacturer's retail sales in February (205,711 units).

This growth was mainly due to the lower sales base in February last year, which led to a significant year-on-year increase in retail volume this month, resulting in a "good start after the holiday."

The China Passenger Car Association said that the market tone this year is "rectifying involutionary competition and boosting automobile consumption." With the support of the "double new policies," automakers have taken the initiative to stabilize the price system, and consumers' car-buying mentality is relatively stable, especially the new energy vehicle market has performed strongly.
