Yiche Ranking: BYD retains its title as the brand export champion with 666,652 vehicles exported in February 2025

Yichebang recently released the TOP20 list of automobile brands and models exported in February 2025. In terms of export brands, BYD exported 666,652 vehicles in February, surpassing Chery, the previous "export leader", and won the export sales championship again.

In January this year, BYD surpassed Chery Automobile for the first time with 65,916 passenger car exports, leading the domestic car export army.

Moreover, unlike other domestic brands that mainly export fuel vehicles, BYD's exported passenger cars are almost all new energy vehicles, demonstrating BYD's leading position in the global new energy market.

Chery exported 64,176 vehicles in February this year. Although it is not as high as BYD, which ranks second, it is still far ahead of the third place. Chery's deep cultivation and layout in overseas markets for many years have also allowed Chery to reap the largest dividends from China's automobile exports.

However, it should be pointed out that the export volume of Chery's Jetour brand is counted separately in the list. If the two are combined into Chery's export sales, Chery will still be the number one Chinese automobile exporter in February.

As for the third to tenth places, they are MG, Changan, Haval, Geely, Jetour, Baojun, Kia, JAC and other brands.

In terms of exported models, BYD Song Plus New Energy was the best-selling model in February, with a total of 22,104 units exported.

The second to fourth places are Chery Tiggo 5X, MG ZS and Tiggo 7, which are also the few models on the list with export volumes exceeding 10,000.
