The Rocketbook Wave smart notebook from the United States claims to be a notebook that can be used for a lifetime. It uses the most common loose-leaf notebook design. Huggies Lab conducted a test (the notebook has 80 pages in total). The test shows that as long as you blow it with a hair dryer for a while, the notes will really disappear, but you can't write too hard, otherwise you can still see the residual traces after blowing for a long time. Put it in the microwave, and after one minute, the handwriting on the first page completely disappeared, and there were still some traces on the middle and last pages , which can still be removed by blowing with a hair dryer.
