OS X El Capitan and Yosemite receive Safari 10 update

Today, Apple released the official version of macOS Sierra and also pushed Safari 10 updates for OS X El Capitan and Yosemite. The new version of Safari provides a series of new features and 21 security fixes.

The most important new feature is support for Safari extensions downloaded from the Mac App Store . Safari 10 also gives priority to supporting videos in HTML 5 format . It also includes some interface changes.

Specific upgrade tips are as follows:

(1) Added support for Safari extensions from the Mac App Store.

(2) Display HTML 5 video when available, making it load faster, improve battery life, and increase security.

(3) Only run plugins on websites you authorize to enhance security.

(4) Improved AutoFill and added support for autofilling any contact information from Contacts.

(5) Improved the format of the "Reader" view

(6) Can remember the zoom level of each website the user visits.
