In previous versions of WeChat, special effects for expressions were added to the chat box. 2. WeChat Android version finally supports sending 1Gb large files

In previous versions of WeChat, the size of files you want to send was strictly limited to 100Mb. This is because Tencent previously positioned WeChat as a mobile chat tool, mainly used on mobile phones. Therefore, for the sake of traffic and mobile phone space, it is not allowed to send files that are too large to ensure smooth traffic and mobile phone operation.

However, as the space and performance of mobile phones are no longer a bottleneck, the most important thing is that many people use WeChat on PC as the main carrier when working. Therefore, Tencent has gradually relaxed this restriction and limited the file size to less than 1Gb, which can be said to be greatly convenient for office workers.

3. Add time reminder to personal status

In WeChat 8.0, the personal status function was introduced, which allows users to display their mood and status in WeChat. Now, in version 8.0.6, under "My Status", a reminder "valid for 24 hours" is added, which means that the status needs to be reset after one day. In fact, after the status function was launched, the default time is 24 hours. This upgrade just makes this time limit more obvious.
