Zhang Qiang, deputy director of the Organization Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee, introduced that Beijing strictly manages the entry of people into the city. 1. How many days do people entering Beijing need to be observed?

Starting from March 11, people entering Beijing from countries where the epidemic is not severe must also be under home or centralized observation for 14 days.

Starting from 0:00 on March 10, Beijing has opened a special area in Zone D of Terminal T3 of the Capital International Airport as a stopover area for flights from countries with severe epidemics. All passengers will be transferred according to categories after completing health quarantine, temperature screening, information verification, and inbound transit procedures.

For people entering Beijing, a special distribution point has been set up in the New China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi District), with working groups dispatched by each province, autonomous region, municipality and Beijing's 16 districts and development zones to carry out 24-hour diversion and transfer work.

If the destination is outside the province or city, the relevant province or city will be responsible for the transfer and safety protection work.

II. Relevant requirements and regulations for epidemic prevention and control in Beijing

1. People entering Beijing from countries with severe epidemics will continue to be quarantined at home or in centralized facilities for 14 days.

2. Second, from now on, people entering Beijing from countries where the epidemic is not serious must also be observed at home or in a centralized location for 14 days.

3. Third, people who enter Beijing for a short period of time and have business or other travel destinations must stay in designated hotels and undergo nucleic acid testing. They are not allowed to leave the hotel before the test results are released.

4. Fourth, those who do not stay in Beijing and transit through the Capital International Airport or Daxing International Airport to depart from the country should undergo health management.

During the implementation process, the above measures will be adjusted in a timely manner according to the development of the epidemic situation.
