If you blow-dry your hair immediately after washing it is like launching a critical attack on your hair.

First, it takes away moisture from the hair. A study weighed hair in three different states and found that hair loss caused the most serious loss of water and nutrients when blown with a hair dryer. Then, the hair starts to split. The wind force causes the hair to rub against each other, and the high temperature causes the outer hair scales to dehydrate quickly. Finally, it "colors" the hair. A hair dryer can cause thermal degradation of the hair. When the surface temperature of the hair is higher than 130 degrees, the keratin in the hair may denature.

Seeing this, some people will definitely say "I will never blow-dry my hair again", but you have to! In winter, hair does not dry that quickly. Many people go to bed with wet hair. The facial nerve immunity is weak, and the facial nerve behind the ear is stimulated by the cold of wet hair. Local spasm may occur, thus inducing facial paralysis.

Based on the various situations, I have prepared a set of blow-drying tutorials for everyone: first use a dry hair towel to fully dry the water; set the hair dryer to a low heat setting; blow the hair at a distance of about 15 cm from the scalp; do not blow the hair too dry, stop when it still feels a little wet.
