1. Don’t overfill

Generally, food should not exceed 3/4 of the height of the pot, and food that easily expands (such as beans) should not exceed 1/2 to prevent clogging of the exhaust holes.

2. Do not block the pressure limiting valve

Do not use anything, such as a rag or knife (some people have done this), to cover the hammer and affect the exhaust.

3. Do not open the lid midway

During the heating process, do not open the lid halfway, otherwise the hot food may burst out.

4. Open the lid after cooking is completed and the food is cooled.

After heating is finished, do not remove the pressure limiting valve immediately, and do not open the lid violently. You must wait until the pressure drops before opening the lid.

5. Replace with new ones in time

After using the pressure cooker for a long time, its pressure resistance will decrease. When the pressure is too high, it may cause an explosion. Therefore, even if there is no abnormality in appearance, it should be replaced in time. The recommended replacement cycle is 5 years .
