2. Prepare a shopping list in advance and consume rationally according to needs. Consumers should avoid impulse consumption and should not be dazzled by words such as "discounts", "cheapness" and "cashback". Do not ignore actual needs for the so-called "completing the order" and blindly purchase unnecessary goods, resulting in idleness and waste of funds. It is recommended that consumers prepare a shopping list and purchase according to needs to avoid exceeding their financial capabilities.

3. Compare prices and beware of traps. Consumers should not believe in advertisements that use absolute terms , nor be misled by advertisements for obviously low-priced products. Second, the identity information of operators on the platform must be preserved for no less than three years from the date the operator exits the platform ; information on goods and services published on the platform, payment records, logistics and express delivery, returns and exchanges, after-sales and other transaction information must be preserved for no less than three years.

3. The relevant responsibilities for public disclosure of the main information of operators on the platform must be fulfilled. Technical support should be provided for operators on the platform to fulfill their obligations to disclose information in accordance with the law. Necessary measures should be taken against operators on the platform who fail to disclose the main information in accordance with the law.

Fourth, the platform service agreement and transaction rules should be formulated and publicized.
