At the third "Internet +" Expo, the intelligent manufacturing demonstration production line jointly created by Foshan Intelligent Equipment Technology Research Institute, Wasu Robotics and Bear Electric Appliances became a highlight of the exhibition, and many manufacturing companies came to negotiate and consult.

This automated demonstration line integrates the achievements of robots, products, software, systems, big data and other aspects.

At the same time, this production line is connected to the cloud platform. From the monitoring page of the cloud platform, the number of equipment access, startup rate, OEE efficiency analysis, robot health assessment, robot performance optimization, etc. can be obtained. The production overview of the workshop can be monitored in real time, realizing production informatization, process visualization and intelligent decision-making.

Zhou Weina, assistant to the director of Foshan Intelligent Equipment Technology Research Institute and marketing planning director of Foshan Huasu Robotics Co., Ltd., introduced that this 36-meter-long fully automatic production line only requires 8 workers, saving two-thirds of the manpower compared to the original production line.

The Wasu Robotics Cloud Platform, jointly created by Wasu Robotics and Beijing Aerospace Cloud Network, aims to solve the problem of lack of management after enterprises use robots. Connecting to the cloud platform is like connecting a "brain" to the production line.

The Wasu Robotics Cloud Platform consists of one center and three platforms.
