Chevrolet Equinox overseas price starts at 168,000

The price of the higher-end 2.0-liter version has not yet been announced. It is reported that this mid-size SUV will be officially launched in the market next spring.

The new car is expected to be 181 kg lighter than the current model, weighing 1,509 kg, and will add many safety assistance systems, such as automatic braking system, lane keeping system and side blind spot warning system. It is equipped with a 7 or 8-inch MyLink display, compatible with Apple and Android systems, and supports OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. In terms of power, the standard version is equipped with a 1.5-liter engine with a maximum power of 170 horsepower (127 kilowatts) and a maximum torque of 275 Nm. It is equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission and can travel 31 miles per gallon. The high-end version will be released later, matched with a 2.0-liter engine with a maximum power of 252 horsepower (188 kilowatts) and a maximum torque of 353 Nm, and is equipped with the latest GM 9-speed automatic transmission.
