She replaced Musk, and the position of Tesla chairman was officially replaced

According to foreign media reports, Tesla said that Robyn Denholm, the current Chief Financial Officer of Telstra, will succeed Elon Musk as Chairman of Tesla and will serve in the position full-time.

Denholm has served as an independent director on Tesla's board since 2014. She has held leadership positions at numerous technology companies in Australia and Silicon Valley, including Telstra, Juniper Networks and Sun Microsystems. Denholm has also held various financial management positions at Toyota Motor Corporation.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk said, "Denholm has extensive experience in both the technology and automotive industries. As a member of Tesla's board of directors over the past four years, Denholm has made significant contributions to the company. I look forward to working more closely with Denholm to promote Tesla's sustainable growth together."

On August 7, Musk tweeted that he was "considering taking Tesla private at $420 per share" and that "funding is secured."

At the end of September, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reached a settlement agreement with Musk to drop the securities fraud charges against Musk. However, Musk needs to resign as chairman of Tesla within 45 days and pay a fine of $20 million.

Tesla's operating conditions have begun to improve recently.

Tesla's third-quarter report showed that the company's revenue reached US$6.824 billion, a year-on-year increase of 128.6%, higher than analysts' expectations of US$6.31 billion; net profit was US$255 million, compared with a net loss of US$671 million in the same period last year.

Tesla also made a breakthrough in the most critical production capacity, delivering a total of 835 million vehicles in the third quarter, exceeding the expectations of Wall Street analysts.
