According to the owner, the car braked suddenly for no reason when he was driving the Tesla in the morning, but in fact the distance to the car in front was still far, and the disabled parking warning popped up on the car screen. Then, at the intersection of Binkang Road and Jianghui Road in Hangzhou, the Tesla suddenly accelerated automatically. The owner called Tesla's 400 customer service hotline immediately, and the customer service advised him not to drive the vehicle. The owner noticed on the APP that Tesla's backend was checking the vehicle data, but when he arrived at the company, he found that the vehicle's driving recorder and other settings had all been deleted.

This terrified the car owner, and he told his friends in the group that he was mentally devastated and might not dare to drive this Tesla again.
