In recent times, Tencent’s public relations director has appeared in hot news quite frequently.

Remember that on January 21, 2011, Tencent released the first 1.0 version of WeChat. So on the occasion of WeChat’s seventh birthday recently, Tencent’s public relations director Zhang Jun expressed on social media that WeChat “has integrated into and changed our lives.”

However, some netizens commented below to "provoke trouble", claiming that Xiaomi's MiTalk had released an Android version as early as December 10, 2010, and pointed out that WeChat was suspected of plagiarizing MiTalk.

In response to this, Tencent’s public relations director Zhang Jun did not give a direct response, but chose to simply express his opinion with “Haha, you are so funny.”

First, after seven years of development, WeChat now has 980 million monthly active users, making it China's largest mobile app. At this time, it is still comparing it with Mi Chat, which is almost unused. I guess it is Mi fans who are making trouble? Haha.
