S5 camera problem

Samsung Galaxy S5 has only been on the market for a few weeks and some users have reported that the camera of this phone is not working properly. Samsung has also confirmed the existence of this problem and promised to replace new phones for Galaxy S5 users who encounter camera problems. Some Galaxy S5 users reported that when trying to turn on the camera, the device will pop up a "Warning: Camera Failure" prompt, and the problem cannot be fixed by conventional methods. It is not clear whether this is a problem with the camera software or a hardware failure. A Samsung spokesperson said: "We understand that some Galaxy S5 devices will pop up a 'Camera Failure' warning when using the camera." Users who encounter this problem can call Samsung's after-sales service hotline 1-888-987-4357 to replace the device, or go to the operator for consultation. Contract phones can also enjoy the same replacement service.
