Zhiji LS7 low-frequency resonance was collectively complained by the owner: I got otitis media after driving for eight months

According to the third-party complaint platform Chezhi.com, Zhiji LS7 has recently been collectively complained by car owners, and the general reason for the complaints is "low-frequency resonance in the car."

A car owner who complained said that his car's chassis made a rumbling noise on bumpy roads and concrete roads, and would shake from time to time on flat roads.

Because he is not very sensitive to low frequencies, he has been driving without knowing it. His ears have been swollen for the past eight months and he has had tinnitus twice.

The second time the tinnitus was more severe. After going to the hospital, the doctor diagnosed it as otitis media. He now asks Zhiji to compensate for the damage caused to his body and to resolve the low-frequency resonance problem of the vehicle.

Low-frequency resonance occurs during driving of a new car, causing ear pressure reaction, which seriously affects the user's mood and driving safety.

Another complaining car owner said that he felt a sense of pressure in his ears while driving, and even felt that his ears were blocked, just like when landing. He felt low-frequency resonance, like a slight shock wave, and his back of the head was buzzing and his ears were rumbling, which was very uncomfortable.

In the same situation, after he went to the hospital for examination, he also developed otitis media, but it was not certain whether it was related to the low-frequency resonance of the vehicle.

Other media reports said that Zhiji after-sales staff once explained that the low-frequency resonance was caused by the vehicle's excessive sealing, and the vibration generated during driving would be transmitted to the ears.

They have arranged a professional team to conduct inspection and optimization services, and have properly handled the problem and will pay attention to it later.
