A tough guy DIYs a powered exoskeleton and can lift 77 kg with ease

DIY madman The Hacksmith has done something extraordinary and actually built a real powered exoskeleton. We have previously reported on products being developed by the US military, but the family workshop is no less than Lockheed Martin's.

The Hacksmith's creation was inspired by the movie Elysium, and it doesn't just look cool. It allows people to easily lift more than 77 kilograms, "like picking up a pillowcase."

The so-called powered exoskeleton can be said to be one of the development directions of military technology. Using mechanical transmission assistance, it can allow humans to gain abilities beyond their own physical abilities. From this point of view, The Hacksmith's DIY is no different from the military's future technology.

However, the exoskeleton is not yet complete. We can see that it is missing the lower part, so its weight has to be borne entirely by the legs. I hope The Hacksmith can launch a complete exoskeleton in the future.
