Geek Park: Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud were successfully selected for the 2023 "China Innovation Force 50 List (InnoForce 50)"

Recently, Geek Park, China's largest innovator community, released the 2023 "China Innovation Force 50 List (InnoForce 50)" . In the field of artificial intelligence, Alibaba Cloud and Huawei Cloud were successfully selected.

According to reports, the selection targets Chinese companies/institutions that have brought innovations and breakthroughs to the broad field of computer science and its interdisciplinary fields in the past year.

The selection criteria include three dimensions: innovation, practicality, and social responsibility, and the selected companies/institutions all meet at least one of them.

In the field of artificial intelligence, the companies selected for this list include: Alibaba Cloud, Baichuan Intelligence, Baidu Smart Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Lianhui Technology, Luchen Technology, Yidu Technology, Dark Side of the Moon, Zhipu AI, Zhiyuan Research Institute, MiniMax and Zilliz.

For Alibaba Cloud, Geek Park gave the following reasons for its selection: Alibaba Cloud's artificial intelligence platform helps thousands of industries improve AI training efficiency and takes the lead in building the open source community MoDa Community.

We have developed and launched the large language model Tongyi Qianwen and the large painting creation model Tongyi Wanxiang, as well as the one-stop large model service platform Alibaba Cloud Bailian, allowing cloud computing to accelerate the industrial intelligence upgrade under the wave of AI.

Huawei Cloud was selected for the following reasons: Huawei Cloud released Pangu Big Model 3.0, which enables intelligent upgrades in many industries such as coal mining, meteorology, government affairs, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical research and development, medical care, railways, and automobiles, and has rich practical experience.

The research results of Huawei Cloud's Pangu Meteorological Model were published in the journal Nature. This is the first paper published in the journal Nature by a Chinese technology company as the sole signing unit in recent years.
