Win10 Build 10074 hands-on: a lot of changes

Windows 10 Build 10074 was leaked from Microsoft's servers earlier today. Now, foreign media has brought us a hands-on video to introduce the changes.

Judging from the video, Build 10074 still focuses on improvements and optimizations to system details, such as the Windows Defender setting options being moved to a more easily found place, improvements to the Cortana assistant function, and new system sound effects.

It is worth noting that Microsoft has changed Build 10074 from the previous "Technical Preview" to an "Internal Preview", which means that the system's research and development has entered a new stage and is not far from the release of the RTM version.
