According to Guangzhou Daily, Miss Liu from Guangdong was recently very depressed by the smart TV at home. She said that she bought this well-known Japanese brand TV in a large chain electrical appliance store in Guangzhou last year. She has used it for less than a year, but now she is overwhelmed by it. She couldn't help but complain: "Smart TVs do not allow the installation of third-party software. The manufacturer's after-sales staff are also at a loss in the face of the constant TV failures. They even recommend that users unplug the power supply after using the TV every time. Is this also called a smart TV?!" Not only that, Miss Liu also said, "In the past two months, the TV has frequently had problems, including sound freezes, sound but no image, etc., and I asked the manufacturer to repair it, but they actually pushed all the responsibility to the third-party software. I really don't understand!" In the end, the after-sales service actually suggested that Miss Liu delete all the software and even the set-top box! We know that once a smart TV is connected to a set-top box, it actually becomes a display. Ms. Liu was very unhappy about this: "I spent so much money to buy a smart TV, but in the end it can only be used as a display? Then why did I buy a smart TV?"
