Google may release Android 5.0, Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 today

Earlier today, foreign media Forbes reported that Google will officially release Nexus 6, Android 5.0 and Nexus 9 today.

It was reported that Google originally planned to hold a press conference for the three, but some details of the official version of Android L (5.0) were not completed, so they planned to release the new products in a low-key manner, that is, directly through the official blog.

It is reported that Nexus 9 is made by HTC and is equipped with an 8.9-inch 2048×1440 resolution screen, a 64-bit K1 processor (dual-core) and an 8-megapixel camera. The phone will also have dual front speakers, etc.

In addition, the phone will be available for pre-order on October 17 and will be officially available on November 3. The 16GB version is priced at $399, and the 32GB LTE version is priced at $499.

It is reported that Apple will hold a press conference on October 16 to release the new generation 9.7-inch iPad Pro. Apparently, Google chose a similar time to release Nexus 9 as Apple, and the two sides will compete with each other.

From the pictures, Nexus 6 is already equipped with the new Android L system

Also launched is the Nexus 6, which will be equipped with a 5.9-inch 1440×2560 pixel resolution screen, a Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of memory, and will provide a 13-megapixel OIS camera.

***Forbes also emphasized that although the official version of Android L will be released today, it will take some time before it is officially launched.
