[[122293]]

Google uploaded the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop system source code to the public Android Open Source Project (AOSP) repository . OEMs can now develop their own customized versions based on the source code and push them to their users. HTC has stated that it will push updates to HTC One (M8) and (M7) users within 90 days. The popular community distribution Cyanogenmod plans to release the first test version of CM12 based on Android 5.0 in December. Like HTC, Cyanogen also promised to release their Lollipop update within 90 days of getting the Android 5.0 code.
