Apple's next-generation iPhone upgrade has added a new feature that can help you get the most out of your phone's battery, especially when your phone's battery is low.

Technology blog MacRumors conducted a test to analyze the impact of this power saving mode on iPhone performance.

MacRumors used the popular tool GeekBench to test the performance of smartphone processors, and finally concluded that power saving mode will reduce the performance of the phone by about 40%. If you turn on this feature, your iPhone will automatically enter power saving mode when the battery is low. In power saving mode, your iPhone will stop certain background operations, such as sending and receiving emails, automatic downloads, and certain visual effects.
