Google's self-developed Fuchsia OS will be compatible with Android: it can also run on x86 systems

Google has been frustrated by the dispute with Oracle over Java for a long time. Fortunately, the giant did not resort to legal maneuvers, but developed a new OS called Fuchsia that does not even require the Linux kernel. According to XDA, developers found Fuchsia OS in the open source library of AOPS, but only in the ART (Android Runtime) branch.

Even so, everyone concluded that there should be no problem in proving that Fuchsia is compatible with Android.

It is reported that ART is an AOT compiler, which is used to replace the Dalvik virtual machine that uses the JIT compiler. It modifies the process of real-time conversion of local code to a one-time conversion when the APP is installed, which has the advantages of increasing the speed of each APP startup and loading and reducing memory usage.

As for Fuchsia OS, it is a microkernel operating system (similar to the underlying architecture of Windows), in which the kernel Zircon is written in C language and is entirely a product of Google's own research and development.

In fact, the outside world is not surprised at all that Fuchsia OS is compatible with Android. The more critical point is that in the official programming guidance document, Fuchsia OS is also compatible with x86-64 in terms of processor system. In other words, Fuchsia OS also needs to connect to the current Chrome OS and ultimately achieve the feat of cross-platform on mobile phones, tablets, laptops and even desktops.

Various advanced projects emerge in an endless stream within Google. This is a company that has strong R&D capabilities and is not afraid of failure. Once Fuchsia OS is completed, you can imagine what iOS and Windows will be like...
