WeChat launches intelligent conversation system "Xiaowei" to integrate into third-party ecosystem

At the 2019 WeChat Open Class PRO, the intelligent dialogue system "Xiaowei" created by the WeChat AI team was officially released. According to WeChat Open Class lecturer Fu Fan, "Xiaowei" integrates ecological capabilities such as mini-programs, QQ Music, Penguin FM, instant messaging, and third-party ecological content, allowing users to connect to "Xiaowei" through headphones, speakers and other devices to obtain intelligent services. Xiaowei's application scenarios will cover the WeChat ecosystem, including sports and outdoor, home life, smart industry, smart car, and emerging scenarios.

The WeChat Intelligent Conversation System also provides developers with one-click quick access to hardware SDK and cloud AP, lowering the threshold for developers. Currently, the technical solutions of the WeChat Intelligent Conversation System have been applied to more than 100 hardware products.

In addition, the WeChat team also released the "Hardcoder Performance Optimization Framework" on site. Through "Hardcoder", developers can more easily optimize programs and break through performance. As of now, Hardcoder WeChat user coverage has exceeded 200 million, and supported smartphone manufacturers include OPPO, vivo, Huawei, Xiaomi, Meizu and other mainstream mobile phone manufacturers. At the same time, Hardcoder is not limited to WeChat, it has also achieved coverage of mobile QQ, QQ Music and other apps, and achieved good results. It will be opened to more apps in the future.
