Is Apple finally going to add facial recognition to the MacBook Pro?

According to foreign media iLounge, in 2020, Apple's MacBook Pro notebook may be equipped with Face ID facial recognition function.

According to reports, Face ID will be introduced first in MacBook Pro notebooks and then adopted in other MacBooks. In addition, Face ID also seems to appear in iPad Air models.

Apple's MacBook Air and MacBook Pro with Touch Bar currently have Touch ID buttons, which is a boon for users. But it's a hassle when you're away from your Mac using an external keyboard or monitor. Face ID can correctly read faces from a distance, making things easier and providing the same quick unlocking and other authentication.

In 2019, Apple returned its focus to the Mac product line. We ushered in a major change in the MacBook series, and rekindled the hope that new technologies would land on the MacBook series. Apple has added the T2 security chip to the new Mac and MacBook, laying a good foundation for the security environment, so there is no need to worry about developing a new security environment for Face ID, T2 has already paved the way. The cost of adding Face ID is not something that Apple users cannot accept. A small price upgrade can be exchanged for excellent privacy protection, security and ease of use. Face ID is definitely worth the money.
