According to the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, relying on the national "Internet + Supervision" system, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology Telecommunication Technology Terminal Laboratory and the Xinhua News Agency's Economic Information Daily jointly developed a quick application version of the "Close Contact Measurement Instrument" for the new coronavirus pneumonia, together with Huawei, Xiaomi, vivo, and OPPO, the four major mobile phone manufacturers. It was officially launched on February 11, covering 1 billion domestic mobile terminals.

The data range of the measuring instrument is : relevant data on contact with confirmed or suspected patients within 14 days up to the current date.

According to a relevant Huawei official, Huawei/Honor mobile phone users can search for "Close Contact Meter" in the Huawei App Store and click to directly open the quick app , or use the function conveniently through the quick app center, the negative first screen of the mobile phone, global search, Huawei browser and other entrances, allowing more users to understand the latest epidemic information and epidemic maps, and can query them independently.

Xiaomi said that the "Close Contact Meter" function has been added to the phone's negative one screen, global search, mobile manager, quick application center, service and feedback, Xiaomi community and other applications to ensure that users can use it at any time.

Vivo said that currently users can easily access this quick application from multiple entrances such as the negative first screen of the mobile phone, vivo global search, and quick application center. At the same time, vivo also delivers services to users accurately, on time, and on demand through multiple entrances and system-level channels such as mobile browser information flow, negative first screen information, and message push to help them check the epidemic situation.

OPPO said that this quick app allows users to use it in multiple ColorOS system scenarios such as global search, browser, quick app center, etc. without any installation, and can be checked with just one click.
