WeChat version 7.0.20 starts internal testing

On October 30, CNMO discovered that WeChat version 7.0.20 has begun to be pushed, and some users may receive invitations to participate in the internal test of WeChat. This update mainly includes three aspects: you can turn on the youth mode in the settings; you can search for emoticons in the emoticon panel of the conversation; and a new chat "do not show" option is added.

After the youth mode is turned on, the use of WeChat mini games, mini programs, video accounts, official accounts, search, and watch functions will be subject to some protection restrictions.

In the new version of WeChat, users can search for emoticons during chats, so they no longer have to worry about not being able to find the right emoticons in time when fighting with pictures; and the newly added "Hide" option for chats is the "delete the chat box without deleting the chat history" feature that netizens have been calling for. It seems that Zhang Xiaolong (founder of WeChat) still goes online to see everyone's suggestions.
