No need to install any apps! Here's a tip to stop spam calls and text messages

Many of my friends are deeply harmed by harassing phone calls. Nowadays, there are too many opportunities to leak phone numbers, such as shopping online or even just opening an app, which may leak your phone number. Spam calls and text messages are endless. How can we eliminate harassing calls to the greatest extent?

Many domestic mobile phones or apps provide call firewall functions, but the effects of these solutions may not be good, not to mention that you may not be able to use these solutions at all - for example, on the iPhone, some anti-call harassment apps are not so effective and may even cause the address book to freeze.

What to do? Now, if you are a China Unicom user, there is a very reliable solution! Let's take a look.

This phone anti-harassment solution was recently officially launched by China Unicom. It does not depend on the mobile phone you use, nor does it require the installation of additional apps. It helps you protect against phone and text message harassment from the operator level.

The solution launched by China Unicom is called "Mobile Manager". Unicom users can activate it for free, which is very generous.

How to activate it? There are two ways.

The first one is the simplest method. Just send the text message "SJGJ" to 10010. After receiving the confirmation text message for activating the free mobile phone butler service, send "Y" to successfully activate it.

The second method is also very simple. Open "https://u.10010.cn/qANr1" with your mobile phone, and then follow the prompts on the web page to enter your mobile phone number and SMS verification code.

Apply through the website

The mobile phone housekeeper service provided by China Unicom is very powerful and easy to use, and users can also set up related functions. In WeChat, search for the public account of "Smart Wo Service", follow it and bind your mobile phone number, and you can configure rules such as anti-harassment message reminders, blacklists and whitelists.

You can set up anti-harassment in the official account

After the mobile phone manager takes effect, if there are harassing calls or text messages on that day, China Unicom will push the harassing call blocking situation of that day via text messages or WeChat public account messages at 20:00 in the evening, which is very user-friendly.

Not only that, China Unicom’s mobile phone manager can also push reminders for missed calls, and users can also view missed call records through the WeChat public account. If your mobile phone signal is not good, this can definitely help you avoid missing many important calls.

However, it should be noted that this service also has some limitations. According to China Unicom, users who port their numbers to other networks cannot use this service for the time being, and users in Shandong and Shanxi are not supported to subscribe to it for the time being. I hope that China Unicom can further expand the coverage of this service in the future.

In general, this is indeed a good anti-harassment solution for phone and text messages. It blocks spam calls and text messages from the operator level, not limited to the phone you use. If you are a China Unicom user, you might as well try it.
