WeChat bank card payment prompt error: three steps to find out the reason

What should I do if an error message appears when using WeChat to pay with a bank card?

On November 27, Tencent customer service stated that there are three reasons why errors may occur when using WeChat to pay with a bank card.

1. The bank card limit will be displayed during payment: bank card single transaction limit/single day/single month transaction limit; click the link to view the bank card transaction limit.

2. Bank card abnormality: This is caused by abnormal bank card status (such as inactive, frozen, reported lost, etc.). Please contact the bank customer service for verification before proceeding.

3. When making a payment, the user is prompted that the available balance on the bank card is insufficient : the user needs to confirm the available funds on the bank card with the bank’s customer service before making the operation.

It should be noted that the bank card payment limit is accumulated on a daily and monthly basis. If the limit has been exceeded, it is recommended to choose change or other bank card payment . Once the limit is reached, it cannot be increased.
