IT Home reported on July 28 that according to the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in the early stage, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology carried out centralized rectification of illegal behaviors such as pop-up information harassing users, which were strongly complained by users, and urged companies to pay attention to user demands and solve problems such as using text, full-screen pictures, videos, etc. to deceive and mislead users to jump in the opening screen information page. Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has found that some companies "fail to comply with orders and prohibitions" in a "look back" on the issue. Some companies have not made thorough rectifications, have changed problems back to their original state, and have taken technical measures to counter differentiated rectifications in different regions. The inspection found that 14 apps did not strictly implement the rectification requirements, including QQ Reading and Mayu. IT Home learned that if the rectification is not completed within the deadline or the rectification is not in place, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will organize and carry out relevant disposal work in accordance with the law. |
