After QQ lifted the blocking, it banned Taobao and Douyin links again

On the morning of September 17, QQ unblocked the links to Taobao and Douyin, and no longer required a password to copy and open the APP. But just now, QQ has blocked the links to Taobao and Douyin APP again.

As of 15:00 on the afternoon of the 17th, some media outlets have found that after sharing a shopping link on the Taobao app to QQ, it displays a blank page when opened. When sharing a video link on the Douyin app to QQ, it still cannot be opened, displaying "Cannot open webpage".

Compared to QQ which briefly lifted the blocking and then re-banned the links to Taobao and Douyin, WeChat has not yet lifted the "external link blocking".

Just recently on September 13, Zhao Zhiguo, spokesman for the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and director of the Information and Communications Administration, said at a press conference that blocking URL links is one of the key issues to be rectified in the special rectification campaign for the Internet industry launched in July.

Currently, the relevant Internet companies are being guided to conduct self-inspection and rectification according to the special action plan. Soon after, Tencent responded that it would firmly support the decision of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and implement it in stages and steps with safety as the bottom line.

Tencent briefly opened up QQ's external links, most likely in response to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's rectification requirements. However, it blocked Taobao and Douyin links again in just half a day. Could it be because it is still conducting technical tests? What is the specific situation? We look forward to Tencent's response.
