The interface is much cleaner! Alipay is testing the function of closing the homepage column card

On October 25, some netizens reported that Alipay is currently testing a feature that allows some users to close all homepage column cards.

After testing, in the latest version of Alipay, click "My" - "Settings (gear)" in the upper right corner. In the function management, select "Home Column Card" to see all service switch options.

After closing, the corresponding column card will not be displayed on the Alipay homepage. After opening, the column card can be displayed on the Alipay homepage.

It can be seen that after closing, the content below the function area on the Alipay homepage disappears, and the interface is cleaner than before closing.

It is understood that at present, for most users, only the "Fight against the New Coronavirus" column card can be closed on the Alipay App, and this function is expected to be gradually opened in the future.

It is worth mentioning that not long ago, Alipay issued an announcement in the App stating that from 15:00 on October 12, the word-of-mouth service in the Alipay App will be moved from the bottom Tab page entrance to the "Good Reputation Store" entrance on the Alipay homepage, which is the "Nine-square Grid" mini-program area.

In terms of payment, Alipay previously stated that it is cooperating with China UnionPay to promote the interconnection and interoperability of online and offline multi-scenario payments under the principles of safety and order.

According to reports, in August this year, Alipay has completed the technical development of connecting to UnionPay Cloud QuickPass and gradually opened up online payment scenarios. The first transaction scenario opened was the Taobao platform. Currently, 85% of Taobao stores already support consumers to pay through Cloud QuickPass.

Users who have installed the UnionPay QuickPass App can directly choose "UnionPay" to pay at the Alipay checkout counter after submitting an order on Taobao.
