As of the end of November, the total number of mobile phone users of the three major operators reached 1.642 billion, a net increase of 47.92 million from the end of last year. Among them, the number of 5G mobile phone terminal connections of the three major operators reached 497 million, a net increase of 298 million from the end of last year.

Mobile phone call volume grew at a slow pace, and the growth rate of mobile text messaging revenue declined

From January to November, the outgoing call duration of mobile phones reached 2.08 trillion minutes, a year-on-year increase of 1.1%; the outgoing call duration of fixed-line phones reached 85.4 billion minutes, a year-on-year decrease of 9%. From January to November, the national mobile SMS business volume decreased by 0.6% year-on-year; the mobile SMS business revenue increased by 7.7% year-on-year, and the growth rate fell by 2.7% compared with January to October.
