Otherwise, no matter how good the content is, it will be useless if users cannot find it or have no desire to click to watch it.

A good title and cover can greatly increase the opening rate of our short videos and save a lot of time and cost for our later operations. Designing a good title and cover is a compulsory course for us short video operators.

01 Use summary to write short video cover copy

It is to make a simple summary of the short video, extract the core ideas or data in the video, attract users to be interested in the video, and continue to watch.

Simply put, it is to design a series, just like a TV series, which can attract users' interest while allowing them to continue to pay attention to our account.

03 Use “contrast” to write short video cover copy

If the content of your video involves the comparison of two or more things, you can directly reflect it on the cover so that it is clear at a glance.

06 Use “questions” to write short video cover copy

One difference between short videos and long videos is their interactivity. Letting users participate in our interactions is also a very good way. As long as users are attracted by such questions, they will most likely have the urge to leave comments.

for example:

As long as we can get users to click in and watch, we have the opportunity to keep them and further convert them into our leads, which is much more cost-effective than spending a lot of money on Douyin.
