Recently, many financial friends have reported that their products were rejected during review. The specific problem is "The Vendor Email, Support URL, and or Seller and Artist names associated with your app do not reflect the name of the financial institution(s) in the app or its metadata , as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement."

For finance professionals, if your submission has been rejected recently, please treat this issue with caution!
The solution provided by Apple is relatively simple, as follows.

Step 1: The developer account needs to be a corporate account . Only the company can obtain authorization from the brand in the app.
Step 2: The brand owner in the app needs to authorize the main company of the corporate account ;
Step 3: Submit relevant qualifications to Apple and explain them.
Due to their own negligence, the Apple review team often creates illusions for CPs, and some apps that are not uploaded according to Apple's review guidelines may still be reviewed and approved by chance. However, due to Apple's recent strict control over the iOS market, especially the strict review of recently submitted products, long-standing problems have frequently emerged, as follows.

Upload financial products using a personal developer account

In the past six months, machine brushing has become very popular, and financial products were once obsessed with it. However, due to the problems of insufficient accounts and local risks in machine brushing , many CPs have been frantically uploading vests . Among them, there are some CPs that managed to pass by uploading through personal developer accounts. However, they have been rejected one after another in recent update reviews. The reason is very simple: individual developers do not have brand authorization .
Solution
Solution 1: Transfer products from a personal developer account to an authorized enterprise account.
Solution 2: Use pop-up ads or interstitials to transfer old users to the main product . You can also require users to forcibly adjust and upgrade to the main product when opening it; then remove the product from the shelves and re-upload the vest with an authorized corporate account.

Unauthorized corporate account uploads financial products

Since financial products require a corporate account to upload, many CPs are aware of this. In order to meet the needs of vests, many financial companies apply for multiple corporate accounts through the form of parent and subsidiary companies . However, the content provider authorization for the product content was only granted to one of the companies, which means that the other corporate account was not authorized. So many CPs were rejected during review, and this is the problem.
Solution
Solution 1: A fake corporate account applies for authorization from the brand . This process is cumbersome and time-consuming.
Solution 2: Use an authorized corporate account to authorize an unauthorized corporate account (paper authorization). The principle of indirect authorization cannot produce legal effects, but there is a possibility of speculative success .
Regarding the issue of the above brands not authorizing the developer account and being rejected, I would like to share a few personal suggestions:

① The publisher of your app does not match the declared publisher , you must clarify;

② The relevant content in the app must reflect the company's related content . Don't let Apple reviewers think that your app has nothing to do with your company, otherwise it will definitely be rejected;

③Change the developer’s email address and change the name to the company name;

④Technical support website: (just fill in the company website).
