Solution:

1. Check whether the IP address is consistent with the IP address resolved by the website. If not, click Report an error to appeal;

2. Check whether the server has installed security software such as SafeDog or firewall, and temporarily disable them;

3. Check whether the server uses the CC defense traffic limit of Baota and temporarily close it;

4. Check whether the server uses Baota's forced HTTPS and temporarily disable it.

This problem can be solved by checking the above four items.
