Back to the basics, what is an organization?

The official explanation of the Cambridge Dictionary is that an organization is a group of people who work together to achieve certain goals.

So, what specific issues in the organization should we focus on? Goals, talent, and collaboration.

To win in the marketplace, organizations need not only good tools, but cutting-edge tools. Take Feishu as an example. Feishu not only improves work efficiency, but also carries ByteDance's latest understanding of organization, such as: emphasizing teamwork, assigning tasks to individuals, clear discussions, focusing on issues rather than individuals, responding to problems quickly, emphasizing encouragement among colleagues, content over form, promoting knowledge exploration, and accelerating the efficiency of information flow, etc.
